This class is used to define a positioned text in fcMTblPrintLine.

String: The text

Left
Number: Distance from the left margin in mm

Width
Number: Width in mm. 0 = dynamic.

Justify
Number: Text justify: MTP_JFY_LEFT, MTP_JFY_CENTER or MTP_JFY_RIGHT.
