bOk = MTblQueryEffItemLine( cItem, crLineDef, nLineType )

Gets the effective line definition of an item ( = actually used line definition ).

Parameters
cItem
fcMTblItem: The item.

crLineDef
fcMTblLineDef: The effective line definition.

nLineType
Number: The line type ( MTLT_HORZ or MTLT_VERT ).

Return
Boolean: TRUE if successful or FALSE if not

Remarks
Line flags, e.g. MTBL_CELL_FLAG_NO_ROWLINE, are not considered.
