MTM_QueryBestCellWidth

This message is posted when M!Table needs the best width of a cell ( in pixels ).
The best width is needed when
- MTblAutoSizeColumn is called
- MTblPrint is called and fcMTblPrintParams.FitCellSize is TRUE

Parameters
wParam
Handle of the column
lParam
Number of the row

Return
If > 0, M!Table uses this value as best cell width. Otherwise the best width is determined according to the cell contents.
