MTM_ColPosChanged

This message is posted when the position of a column has changed because the user has moved a column with the mouse or SalTblSetColumnPos was called.

Parameters
wParam
Handle of the column
lParam
Low word: Old column position ( Use SalNumberLow( lParam ) to get this value )
High word: New column position ( Use SalNumberHigh( lParam ) to get this value )
