MTEM_COLHDRSEP_EXCLUSIVE

MTM_ColHdrSep* messages are exclusive,
MTM_ColHdr* messages are not posted.
This option is set by default.

MTEM_CORNERSEP_EXCLUSIVE

MTM_CornerSep* messages are exclusive,
MTM_Corner* and MTM_ColHdr* messages are not posted.

MTEM_ROWHDRSEP_EXCLUSIVE

MTM_RowHdrSep* messages are exclusive,
MTM_RowHdr* messages are not posted.
